Eastertime Eggspress to SeaLyon Farm
Eggsperience Spring in Maine
Celebrate season of rebirth at the WW&F Railway and SeaLyon Farm. Board the Eggspress at Sheepscot station for a springtime steamtrain and wagon journey to a great Easter egg hunt, fabulous farmstand, horse wagon rides, fresh food, and more!
The Easter egg hunt will be set on the farm across 3 separate fields, divided by age: birth-3, 4-6, and 7+. Don’t forget to bring your own basket for the hunt!
Ticket price includes a historic steam train ride, wagon rides, farm admission with an age-appropriate egg hunt, horse drawn wagon rides, and parking at Sheepscot. (Please bring your own baskets for the egg hunt.) Refreshments and farm products are sold separately by SeaLyon Farm and their partners.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event, wheelchairs (and those with severe mobility constraints) can not be accommodated. While we love animals at the farm, household pets are not allowed.
Eggspress trains depart Sheepscot station (97 Cross Road, Alna) promptly at 10:00a, 11:45a, 1:30p, and will return to Sheepscot at 12:40p, 2:25p, and 4:10p, respectively. Note that the railroad cars are not heated, so please dress accordingly.

Caboose Adventure!
Rent the WW&F caboose aboard the your Eastertime Eggspress for the exclusive use of your whole family (or small group) of up to 15 people. (And yes, you may ride “up top” in the cupola, if you so wish.) Cost is $367.50 (which includes the egg hunt for all children in your group and your party being seated separately from other passengers during the train ride.)
