The next Wiscasset edition of Ocean on Tap is Thursday, April 30, 6pm, at Ækeir Brewing. Join Dr. Greg Gavelis, a bioinformatician at Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences, for a conversation about the evolution of the sea’s weirdest and scariest microbes.
Ocean on Tap is an informal, ocean-centric speaker series organized by researchers from Bigelow Laboratory. Our goal is to bring people of the community together over the fascinating world of the ocean. At these events, speakers will share their corner of expertise in the ocean, and attendees are encouraged to ask questions.
