Joe’s Blue Ribbon Biscuits are a hit every time. Have you always wanted to make light, yummy biscuits? Then this is the class for you.

Make Your Own Pasta with Chef James Dorian! Chef Dorian found his culinary passion at a young age growing up in Maine. Living on the coast, he explored the bounties the land and sea had to offer. In his late 20s he opened his first restaurant in Portland. He went on to train with some of New England’s best chefs. It was his honor to prepare Julia Child’s 80th birthday dinner. Chef Dorian’s method has always been simple; in season and local. He currently lives on the Midcoast, teaching classes, occasionally catering special events, and hosting pop-up dinners. He will be sharing his passion for making fresh pasta with traditional methods
Pasta Class January 21 1-4 $75.00pp (snow date Jan 22)
Classes are small (no more than 10) so you will get plenty of individual attention as you learn new skills.
We provide all the supplies you need for the class; you take home the delicious products you have made! We ask that you wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting floured or mussed up.
Each class includes a snack and time for chatting about cooking, farming or the weather! There is always a Farm Tour to visit the goats- they are always excited to welcome visitors to the Barn- especially visitors with a treat! A time for chat and snacks.

Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheese are both mysterious and yet easy to make-once you know how! Diana Mosher has been making cheese for years and will walk you through the process step by step- then you take your own hand made cheese home to enjoy!
