Absinthe Night w/ Tree Spirits Winery & Distillery

Stop by the Tasting Room between 5:30 – 8 pm to learn all about Absinthe and try a pour of it prepared in the traditional way. @treespirits owner and winemaker Bruce Olson will be onsite to share facts about the history and culture surrounding absinthe, answer all your questions and prepare your absinthe in the traditional style – with sugar cubes and all!

Our full food and drink menu will also be available throughout the evening. If you’re hoping to try Tree Spirits’ absinthe though, be sure to arrive early! Quantities are limited and when it’s gone, it’s gone!
