Tickets are still available for the 11th annual Live Edge music festival at Hidden Valley Nature Center September 10th from 12-6 pm. The festival is a fun-filled day of live music on a solar-powered stage, great local food and beer set in the midst of HVNC’s 1,000 acres of trails, pond shore frontage and bogs. This year’s all-Maine musical line-up includes Primo Cubano, The Boneheads, The Hot Suppers, and Papa Tim and the Desperate Man’s Blues Explosion.
As in past years, advance ticket buyers will receive a voucher good for up to $20 on a second entrée at 18 fantastic restaurants. Tickets are $20 for Midcoast Conservancy members and $25 for all others. Festival entry is practically free once the voucher is used! Advance tickets will only be available until this Friday, September 8th, online at https://www.midcoastconservancy.org/events-list/live-edge, and for in-person purchase at Mexicali Blues and Sheepscot General Store. Day-of tickets are available but will not include the coupon.
Attendees should bring chairs or blankets, refillable water bottles for water at the site, and reusable cups to get a discount on beer. Midcoast Conservancy appreciates all efforts to minimize waste and plastic!
