Don’t forget that this Friday is our second class in our Preserving the Harvest series! In conjunction with University of Maine Cooperative Extension Cumberland County, this class will teach you all you need to know about the basics of fermenting your own sauerkraut. Attendees will learn about recommended recipes and equipment, then get the opportunity to start their own batch of sauerkraut and take it home to finish.
